摘要 目前的行程安排工具,多是藉由地點熱門程度或是已經被設計好的行程來做景點與POIs的推薦,但以這樣的方式所推薦出的景點或POIs,往往不見得能貼近使用者的偏好和需求。另外,在目前許多的行程規劃與景點推薦的相關研究中,利用使用者偏好(User Preference)來推薦適合景點已有許多的探討,但是以使用者個性(Personality)的相似程度來當作POI推薦的考量因素,卻極少被提及。在本論文的研究中,我們提出了一個由心理學上的「人格特質」反映至旅遊層面上旅客的「個性」方法,並使用此方法所得出的旅客個性參數搭配使用者偏好,再利用推薦方法中的協同過濾方式,來進行旅遊景點與POI的推薦。同時我們也實作了一個線上行程安排系統,藉由收集網路上的使用者每一次進行操作後的推薦結果,進行實驗與分析。實驗結果顯示,本論文所提出的基於使用者個性與偏好之推薦方法,有不錯的推薦成效。
In many of the travel planning tools, sites or POIs are usually recommended by their rankings or if they are in the well-designed routes. However, the recommendation may not usually fit what people`s actual needs. On the other hand, in most researches on travel recommendation algorithm user preference are usually taken as an important factor, user personalities are usually not accounted for. In this work, we proposed a new point of view which brings in the concept of “Personality” from Psychology for travel recommendation and uses it as a main parameter in site recommendation together with user preferences in the method of collaborative filtering. In addition, we have built an online travel arrangement system which realizes the new recommendation function with personality. We have also conducted experiments to invite subjects to use the system and record how they use it. The experimental results reveal that our system can provide better travel recommendation services then the original one without taking personality into account.
