| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | The process of converting the National Performing Arts Center to a non-departmental public body (henceforth NDPB) has been overshadowed by many controversies, and these controversies obscure the rationale behind the conversion. I am going to discuss this topic from organizational, managerial, financial and accounting, supervising, and human resource perspective, to give Tainan Art Museum a better reference in pursuing this path. | en_US |
