題名 從新古典現實主義探討中國與北歐之關係

摘要 隨著全球化的發展，中國與北歐各國的雙邊關係有所轉變，也漸漸在新的領域有所合作，本文以國際關係理論中的「新古典現實主義」來全面性地探討中國與北歐國家的互動關係。新古典現實主義採納「多層次分析」，認為國際體系不是影響一國外交政策的唯一因素，還需要加入國內層次因素綜合評析，才能完整解釋一國的外交政策。本文著重在中國與北歐國家的關係的經濟面與人權面，來驗證新古典現實主義對於國際關係的解釋能力，驗證國家間的互動是以權力為核心，國家仍是以自身利益為最重要的考量，而這個權力是國際體系層次與國內政治連鎖的。並運用「國際體系層次」與「國內層次」分析在經濟與人權堅持的角力之下，北歐國家還是會以經濟為優先，經濟穩定與合作的關係有利於雙方現階段利益的維持 。本研究對於中國與北歐國家之間的關係做了一個完整的互動探討，並驗證了新古典現實主義的解釋力。
