| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 後冷戰時期開始，東協面臨美國在亞太軍力縮減而增加的不確定感與不安全感，提昇本身的軍事力量也就是合理的自保措施，遂造成東協各國積極擴張軍備，另外中共近年推行國防現代化所造成的威脅感，國內回教與共黨判亂活動減弱，更使東協必須提昇國防的現代化，何況東協經濟成長快速，加上其軍工複合體的影響力，而有足夠資源進行國防現代化，世界軍備市場又供過於求，這些因素都順勢使東協得以進行軍備競賽，其軍備競賽亦呈現特殊的性質。 | - |
