| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 當台灣亟力推動南向政策，企圖以經濟換取政治，以經貿拓展外交，再以社會文化交流增強雙邊政交經貿關係之同時，中共也企圖從政交經貿與社會文化之全方位策略與東南亞國家接觸，來對抗台灣的南向政策，東南亞儼然成為台海兩岸較勁的新競技場。本文的重點有四：一是探討台灣與對東南亞國家的外交發展與策略；二是分析中共對東南亞國家的外交發展與策略；三是解析東南亞國家對台海兩岸之外交關係與因應之道；四是對如何創造三贏的三角關係，提出一些建議。 | - |
