| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 冷戰結束後，蘇聯解體，兩極化的國際局勢崩解，取而代之的是多極化的世界，中共自開放改革後，國力逐漸增強，蘇聯因素消失後，使之更能專注於經濟的發展，而繼承蘇聯的俄羅斯因為國內政經有待調整，因此當前自顧無暇，然而在政治、經濟、軍事及戰略四方面，中（共）俄間仍有合作的需求，面對此一局勢，中共對俄羅斯的外交政策實有調整的必要，如此才能因應國際局勢的轉變，以利國家的發展。 | - |
| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | The bipolar system broke down with the end of the Cold War to be replaced by multipolarity. The PRC`s power gradually increased after adopting the open and reform policy; the PRC engaged itself in economic development especially after the collapse of the U.S.S.R. The PRC and Russia still need cooperation on political, economical, military and strategic affairs. In other words, it is necessary for PRC to adjust it`s diplomatic policy toward Russia, so that the PRC can deal with the changes in the international framework and to engage itself in development. | - |
