| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 日本中小企業在缺乏資金與海外經驗的情況下，如何至中國投資設廠？筆者基於日野經驗，發現良好的中介機構，可以成功的幫助日系中小企業跨過語言文化與中國經濟制度不透明的障礙。這篇論文，就是介紹一個在廣東省運作良好的日系中介機構─日技城。這篇論文的第一個部分，是說明日商投資中國大陸，電子電機產業集中在廣東省的特性，以及在這種情況下，作為零件供應商的中小企業，有投資中國大陸的需求 論文第二部份，則是基於日籍學者的研究，以及筆者的田野調查，說明日技城的運作方式與意義。 | - |
