| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 本文介紹美國醫學圖書館學會所制定之「醫學圖書館員之專業技能培養與資格鑑定計畫」(Academy of Healthy Information Professionals，簡稱AHIP)，以了解其如何鼓勵會員將時間與精力投資於個人專業能力的提昇，以及對醫學圖書館界的貢獻。文中分別就AHIP之諮詢委員會、會員種類、會員入會及升等資格、學歷、專業經歷、專業成就及申請程序等項加以說明。最後作者並對此一計畫做一簡單的評析，以提供參考。 | |
