| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | During the recent years the development and the utilization of the information technology have been an indispensable element in the field of information service. This article aims to study the trends in the escalating network development of the computer network epoch including the state-of-art of the information network, the integral-service digital network, the wide channel transmission, the radio transmission, the satellite transmission, the information superhighway as well as the combination of the television, the computer and the telecommucation in the hope that the important task of the ”complete circulation of information” will be materialized in the foreseeable future when the government makes allout efforts to promote the large-scale/economic integration through the activation of the ”Asia-Pacific Transit Center” | |
