| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 中華民國博碩士論文資料庫，為科資中心本土資訊系統中被檢索次數最多者，卻因著作權法而無法透過館際合作為讀者取得全文資料，在國科會一再催促國際化的前夕，我們更惶恐地警覺到本土資訊空洞化的情形相當嚴重。政府促進國家文化發展的努力從未停滯，卻在智權概念的推廣過程中，因立法技術的欠缺周延造成了負面結果，本文有意就此個案闡述政策上應有的補救措施。 | |
