| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 近年來，各類型資訊系統的快速成長加速了各個專業領域之使用者們訊息與知識的交流。然而，快速成長的資訊資源卻也反映出開發工作無法密切配合使用者實地使用與探索需求的現象。針對此，本文強調以使用者為本之資訊系統評鑑理念，並舉出幾種搜集評鑑資料的方法。文中並建議以交叉評鑑的方式以提升評鑑的品質。 | - |
