| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 隨著美國國家資訊基礎建設的推展，及全球資訊基礎建設的推動。現今各行業利用網際網路以從事商業、教育、與通信等活動，已是大勢所趨。資訊技術的進步與資訊環境的改變，對圖書館的服務與經營將造成衝擊與影響。面對全球資訊建設的來臨，圖書館的服務將邁向資訊傳播的時代，同時也造成與其他資訊服務單位服務互競的現象。圖書館因應此種大環境的改變，應該加強與網路連線的計畫、增強對電子文件的研究與管理、增加與資訊單位的合作、重視資訊倫理及網路禮節。 | |
| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | Since the National Information Infrastructure and Global Information Infrastructure have been developed, using the Internet to do business, to educate, and to communicate have been a big trend in information society. The advancement of information technology and changes of society impact on today`s library services and management. Today`s library services not only have to apply, computer and communication technologies, but also must compete with other information service units on cyberspace. Therefore, increasing library connection to Internet, studying and providing electronic publications through the net, cooperating with other information centers, emphasizing information ethics and network etiquette will be the points for library world. | |
