| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | This paper aims to understand through related literature studies how university libraries of the United States are developed and managed with computing centersby means of the global network technology, how libray readers` policy is influenced by the network technology and what measures American university libraries have taken to cope with such a situation. It is hoped that the understanding of such experiences of the American university libraies will be a very helpful reference to the development of university libraries in Taiwan Area. | |
