| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | The American Resource Center is transformed from the former Library of the United States Information Service which was renamad as the library of the American Culture Center after the Sino-American diplomatic was cut off. But to cope with the rapid development of technology and electronic media, the American Resource Center was activated in 1995. The article aims to present a general introduction of the reference retrieval and promotion service, librarians training and the future prospect of the American Resource Center in Taiwan. | |
