| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 傳統圖書館是以文獻為對象、以圖書館為中心的資源驅動工作機制，即限制了使用者檢索利用資訊的效益，又束縛了自己的效能和發展。現代資訊技術和網路的發展為圖書資訊服務提供了巨大的機遇和挑戰，同時也為認識和改造圖書資訊工作機制提出了新的視角。本文將從對傳統圖書館機制的分析著手，探討建立新的資訊服務機制的思路和方向。 | |
| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | The traditional libraries usually hold literature of various fields of study as main collections and the information orientation system has been implemented with libraries as the center. Such practices have limited the library patrons` information retrieval efficiency and have made library operations less effective and developed. The modern information technology and network development has offered tremendous opportunities and defied the library information service and it has also extended the perspectives for understanding and improving the library information system. The article aims to analyze the traditional library system and discuss the ideologies and trends of the establishment of the up-to-date library information service system. | |
