| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 電子資源的引進與使用頓然間在圖書館界形成一項趨勢，而國內圖書館亦不例外。但是如何客觀地評估這類資源，在國內圖書館界尚屬少見。本文針對此現象分為三部分逐一進行探討：電子資源的特性、引進使用電子資源的考量及中央研究院的因應對策與作法等。最後作者除了對電子期刊提出評估要素外，對於圖書館引進使用各式電子資源提出七項建議。 | |
| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | In effect, it is a trend that the implementation of electronic resources in libraries. It is seldom reported or documented how to evaluate the electronic resources in Taiwan`s libraries. This paper is intended to explore the issue of electronic resources by three perspectives: a discussion of electronic resources` features, consideration of application, and the practiced experience at Academia Sinica. Finally the author not only presents the evaluation criteria for electronic journals, also offers seven pieces of advice based on the practices and experience of Academia Sinica. | |
