| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 檔案館除了善盡保存檔案之責外，並應提供較佳的檢索工具供使用者使用。檔案描述編碼格式（EAD）除了能適當地描述檔案的階層架構，對於檔案內容述也較豐富。本文先對檔案描述做個說明，其次舉例說明國史館及中研院近史所檔案館的紙本與電子式目錄，然後以國外地區在網站上利用EAD製作檢索工具的檔案館進行使用並說明。最後將EAD格式應用於從國內這二館中所調閱的中文檔案，瞭解實際使用情形，並提出結論與建議。 | |
