| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | The fast growing electronic resources foster the collaboration and resource sharing among libraries. The Journal Access Core Collection (JACC) project, proposed by the California State University, amply demonstrates such a collaboration effort to license electronic journals. This paper evaluates the feasibility of applying the same project in Taiwan by reviewing the project and its achievement. The result of the study can be used in developing core collection for non-Chinese journals. | |
