摘要 中國是東亞地區領土面積最大的國家，陸地邊界長度超過22,000公里，土地與14個國家相互接壤，由於地緣位置的關係，使得過去到現在中國和周邊國家有著許多領土紛爭，這樣的爭端衝突直接影響到中國和其他鄰近國家的關係。而解決與周邊國家的邊界問題，不僅是地緣政治問題，更是攸關一國的國家利益。現今在中國將領土完整視為首要核心利益，同時又要穩定維持與周邊國家關係的情況下，如何將未定邊界所造成的危機轉為穩定與周邊國家關係的契機就相當重要。
在與中國有邊界爭議的周邊國家之中，越南是較為特殊的案例，由於兩國部分土地相鄰，過去在歷史、文化、與經貿上有著非常深遠的連結，在邊界與領土議題上也曾發生主權爭議，甚至有些爭議還在繼續進行中。另外特別是中國與越南兩國國力懸殊，在面對彼此間領土爭議時，雙方有著不同的視角與態度。本文的主要目的即是探討中國如何看待領土問題以及處理爭端，將以中國為分析焦點，在中國和周邊國家培養良好關係為外交目標的前提下，與越南有著進一步的互動並擴大合作，卻又須面對陸地邊界與北部灣海域上的主權爭議等國家利益衝突的矛盾狀態，分析中國如何處理與看待兩國之間的爭議。

dc.description.abstract (摘要) 中國是東亞地區領土面積最大的國家，陸地邊界長度超過22,000公里，土地與14個國家相互接壤，由於地緣位置的關係，使得過去到現在中國和周邊國家有著許多領土紛爭，這樣的爭端衝突直接影響到中國和其他鄰近國家的關係。而解決與周邊國家的邊界問題，不僅是地緣政治問題，更是攸關一國的國家利益。現今在中國將領土完整視為首要核心利益，同時又要穩定維持與周邊國家關係的情況下，如何將未定邊界所造成的危機轉為穩定與周邊國家關係的契機就相當重要。
在與中國有邊界爭議的周邊國家之中，越南是較為特殊的案例，由於兩國部分土地相鄰，過去在歷史、文化、與經貿上有著非常深遠的連結，在邊界與領土議題上也曾發生主權爭議，甚至有些爭議還在繼續進行中。另外特別是中國與越南兩國國力懸殊，在面對彼此間領土爭議時，雙方有著不同的視角與態度。本文的主要目的即是探討中國如何看待領土問題以及處理爭端，將以中國為分析焦點，在中國和周邊國家培養良好關係為外交目標的前提下，與越南有著進一步的互動並擴大合作，卻又須面對陸地邊界與北部灣海域上的主權爭議等國家利益衝突的矛盾狀態，分析中國如何處理與看待兩國之間的爭議。		zh_TW
