摘要   台灣的半導體產業在全球的產值排名高居所有國家的第二位,憑藉著在整條半導體產業鏈上精細分工的模式來發掘利基,因此不論是上游的IC設計、中游的IC代工製造,還是下游的IC封裝、半導體通路等皆可以看到誕生自台灣的世界級大廠。而在整個台灣半導體產業內,IC設計業擁有著舉足輕重的地位,每年出口金額超過六千億台幣,占台灣整體出口金額近7%,可說是與台灣的經濟表現息息相關,IC設計業的榮枯直接關係到台灣的發展。值全球半導體產值成長性開始減緩之際,本研究認為過往擁有相當好營業表現的台灣IC設計業者勢必開始被整體環境停滯的漣漪給波及,因此相關業者便需要開始從供應鏈管理上尋求提升利潤的機會,已在既有的利基上尋求更大的益處。本研究期望透過引入CPFR架構及SCOR模型來協助個案公司改善供應鏈上的銷售預測、夥伴關係及績效評估等議題,以降低整條供應鏈所面臨的不確定性。
  由於過往的CPFR架構研究並沒有引入IC設計業過,因此屬於探索性的研究,所以探討將採取個案研究法,以對個案公司的相關人員訪談為主軸,搭配個案公司提供的資料,以此形成本研究對產業整體、公司本身的認識。接著便是憑藉CPFR架構,來檢視個案公司當前供應鏈管理上是否存有改善之處,並進一步以CPFR架構搭配SCOR模型的方式,提供本研究對個案公司的建議。
  本研究發現個案公司在面對下游客戶及上游供應商時皆缺少明確的協同合作協議,因而無法將銷售預測、異常狀況、績效評估給納入共同的管理機制內,所以導致了個案公司必須承受過高的不確定性、在供應鏈上有著相對高的庫存天數。而藉由採取CPFR架構搭配SCOR模型的方式,期望可以用共享的CPFR協同平台將各式資訊彙整,同時納入異常狀況、績效評估管理機制,達成整條供應鏈的透明化,最終提升整條鏈上各參與者彼此的獲利。
