摘要 在過去三十年中,資訊科技(Information Technology, IT)的興起,使得許多行業逐漸蓬勃發展,也締造了不少商機。隨著資訊科技的演變與進化,新興的技術應用在過去十年間蓬勃發展,因此許多業務基礎架構已逐漸數位化,使產品、流程與服務之間的互相連結不斷增加。這些數位化應用也從根本上改變了企業策略、企業流程、公司能力、產品與服務,並在擴展商業網絡關係中扮演重要關鍵的角色。
然而與此同時,客戶的需求也逐漸朝向客製化的方向發展,對於以往只要單純的產品、服務或技術已不再滿足,他們更希望企業主能提供完整的解決服務方案(Total Solution)與更完善的服務規劃,因此後來便衍伸出像人工智慧(Artificial Intelligence)、大數據分析以及物聯網(IoT)等相關技術的應用。
雖然臺灣電子製造業者過去大多以代工模式獲利,但自2011年開始臺灣電子零組件廠出現虧損情形,OEM的獲利也逐漸下滑與縮水。此外,加上近幾年人力成本逐年攀升、高齡化的人口結構與少子化危機等因素下,促使不少臺灣電子製造業者開始思考如何透過數位化轉型使企業突破窠臼,以因應變動快速的市場環境,重拾產業競爭力。
因此本研究著重於了解數位轉型策略與價值創造的改變以及供應鏈績效之間的關係,並呈現出目前臺灣製造業者數位轉型之概況與成效。
