題名 提升社會福利的配送價格管制

摘要 本文以台灣售電業現況為發想,建構一垂直產品差異之模型 。分析售電業 市場中,有一家使用較多再生能源的綠電廠商及傳統火力發為主灰電廠商,兩家會如何決定力品質並討論政府介入管制輸配價格如何影響兩廠商生產之品質決策及社會福利。結果顯示,灰電選擇最低品質的電力;綠廠商品質決策會受選擇成本及輸配費用影響,當選擇品質的成本足夠小時,綠電廠商會自動生產最高力。另外政府介入管制輸配電成本,有助於提升綠品質增加社會福利。
