vehicle device日期 2019 上傳時間 5-Sep-2019 15:48:32 (UTC+8) 摘要 本研究以目前我國UBI推行效果不佳為出發點,希望透過文獻回顧與深度訪談的研究方法,分析出目前我國UBI保單遇到的困境。本研究亦整理國外UBI之發展,逐一比較並且列舉出可借鏡之處。在文獻回顧的部分,本研究將過往的研究結果區分成兩種類別,分別是蒐集資料的困難與銷售的困難。在訪談的內容中,可以發現國內消費者不習慣UBI的運作模式,且保險公司也陷入成本效益與蒐集資料之間的兩難。在UBI保單的設計上,我國UBI除了風險因子較少之外,判斷標準也較不明確,且無建立其他誘因機制以吸引消費者購買或增加改善駕駛行為的動機。在蒐集資料的同時,我國的保險公司可能參考國外運作之方式,盡可能嵌入其他客戶服務,利用額外裝置感測器之方式,提高UBI保單的附加價值。最後,由於我國UBI的發展,並非光靠保險公司的努力就能起色,本研究也針對我國目前UBI市場面臨的問題,向主管機關提出建議監理建立上的建議,希望能有助於或加速我國UBI市場發展 參考文獻 參考文獻一、 國外文獻1.
