摘要 人口老化是全球性的問題,高齡化社會造成老年人醫療需求增加及醫療產業(healthcare industry)也隨之蓬勃發展,因而改進各種流程和技術方面是相當重要的,醫療服務提高可改善醫療照護的複雜度及方便性。醫療保健的趨勢,主要還是在追求較佳的醫療照護下仍能降低醫療照護服務的成本。發展智慧醫療系統可以利用醫療大數據及演算法,幫助醫生順利釐清病情及縮短疾病確診時間,進而更加有效且合理的運用醫療資源。
聽診器是醫師最佳的夥伴,伴隨醫師走過學醫、實習及住院醫師階段,甚至伴隨大部分醫師行醫的一生。傳統聽診器可攜帶性佳,但缺點是:聽診是一門需要長期訓練與經驗累積的學問,使用者必須有足夠的臨床經驗,才能夠準確的辨識病患的各種健康狀況。而數位電子聽診器,可以記錄與播放更高品質的人體生理音,還能將聲音數據化,作量化的分析或提供臨床醫師做反覆的聽取,甚至將聲音分享給其他醫師做協同診斷。
本研究藉由個案分析與深度訪談法,探討與蒐集個案資料,並參考現行市場狀況產出本研究之結論,與對個案公司之建議:開發低階的電子聽診器,使之成為公司或家中必備之醫療器材、積極尋找合夥代理或通路商、將生理音納入各大醫院於雲端電子病歷,推動生理音聲紋圖報告納入各國保險給付範圍、加速臨床收案,開發各種疾病生理音的AI判讀軟件系統、先幫美國、日本等知名大廠代工電子聽診器,先讓公司現金流轉正、建立大量資料庫,甚至可與大公司洽談被高價收購之可能性。
The ageing of the population is a global problem. The aging society has increased the medical needs of the elderly. It is therefore important to improve various processes and technologies that can improve medical care of complexity and convenience. The trend in healthcare is still to reduce the cost of medical care services while pursuing better medical care. The development of smart medical systems can use medical big data and algorithms to help doctors clarify the condition and shorten the time of diagnosis.
Stethoscopes are the physician`s best partner, accompanying physicians through the stages of study, internships, and residency, and even with the life of most physicians. Traditional stethoscopes are portable, but the disadvantage is that auscultation is a long-term training and experience accumulation. The digital electronic stethoscope can record and play higher quality human physiological sounds, and can also digitize the sound, make quantitative analysis or provide clinicians to listen repeatedly, and even share the sound to other physicians for collaborative diagnosis.
This study explores and collects case data by case analysis and in-depth interviews, and draws on the conclusions of this study with reference to current market conditions, and recommendations for case companies: developing low-level electronic stethoscopes to make them a must in the company or at home. Seeking partnership agents, incorporating physiological sounds into the electronic medical records of major hospitals in the cloud, accelerating clinical acceptance, and developing AI interpretation of various disease physiology Software system, help the United States, Japan and other well-known large manufacturers ODM electronic stethoscope.
