摘要 合成孔徑雷達(SAR)具備不受氣候影響、日夜皆可蒐集資料、且可一次性獲得大範圍影像等特點,而雷達影像經合成孔徑雷達干涉(InSAR)與合成孔徑雷達差分干涉(D-InSAR)技術處理後具有大範圍獲取地表變形資訊,並可達公分等級精度之優點,因此適合應用於偵測地表變形。然而,因雷達波穿透大氣層時傳遞速度會改變,所以D-InSAR成果易受大氣延遲效應影響,進而降低偵測地表變形之精度,故需在干涉處理過程中改正大氣延遲影響量。本研究採取D-InSAR技術,並搭配2007年1月12日至2010年3月07日等六張台灣北部PALSAR衛星影像,組成三組像對執行D-InSAR,接著以不同資料來源移除大氣延遲效應後,將改正前、後之變形成果與GPS偵測之真實地表變動量比較,發現確實能得到更佳精度之地表變形成果。
Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) is capable of day/night and all-weather data acquisition, moreover, detection of millimeter-level deformation is achievable through differential interferometric synthetic aperture radar (D-InSAR) technique. However, there would be atmosphere delay error due to radar signals travel through the Earth atmosphere with D-InSAR. In order to improve the accuracy of surface deformation, the atmospheric error should be removed. To demonstrate the correction of errors caused by atmospheric delay, a number of six PALSAR images acquired from 2007/01/12 and 2010/03/07 were firstly processed with D-InSAR technique. Then different sources were applied to estimate the atmospheric error and were removed from the D-InSAR results. After comparing with GPS measurement, it was proved that the atmospheric error corrected D-InSAR results provided surface deformation with updated accuracy.
