摘要 本研究旨在結合「後設分析」與「結構方程模式」兩種統計方法,探討國內關於校長轉型領導對教師工作滿意與組織公民行為關係之研究,並檢驗其模式之適配情形。依據研究目的,首先蒐集並篩選符合本研究預設條件的期刊及博、碩士論文,共得到31篇,接續透過後設分析獲取變項之間的相關係數,得出一相關係數矩陣(13 x 13),最後利用結構方程模式進行模式驗證。研究結果顯示如下:(一)校長轉型領導、教師工作滿意與組織公民行為變項之間皆具正向相關。(二)校長轉型領導對教師工作滿意與組織公民行為之關係假設與觀察資料之間具良好適配,檢定獲得驗證支持。(三)校長轉型領導會透過教師工作滿意此完全中介變項影響教師的組織公民行為。最後,根基於研究結論,針對實務工作及未來研究,提出各項具體建議。
The study aims to combine meta-analysis with structure equation modeling, two statistical methods, to analyze the relationship among principals’ transformational leadership, teachers’ job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior in Taiwan, and to assess the proper fit or not of the model. To achieve the purposes, first of all, searched and collectted 31 condition-qualified journal articles, theses, and dissertations in Taiwan. Second, obtained the correlation coefficient among observed variables with meta-analysis, and got a correlation matrix (13 x 13). Finally, verified the model with structure equation modeling. The results of the study revealed that: (a) there were all getting a positive correlation among the observed variables of principals’ transformational leadership, teachers’ job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior; (b) the assuptional model among principals’ transformational leadership, teachers’ job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior appeared well adapted to the empirical datum, and verification is verified; (c) teachers’ job satisfaction mediated the relationships between principals’ transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior. Lastly, based on the conclusion of the study, some suggestions for counseling interventions and future researches were proposed.

dc.description.abstract (摘要) 本研究旨在結合「後設分析」與「結構方程模式」兩種統計方法,探討國內關於校長轉型領導對教師工作滿意與組織公民行為關係之研究,並檢驗其模式之適配情形。依據研究目的,首先蒐集並篩選符合本研究預設條件的期刊及博、碩士論文,共得到31篇,接續透過後設分析獲取變項之間的相關係數,得出一相關係數矩陣(13 x 13),最後利用結構方程模式進行模式驗證。研究結果顯示如下:(一)校長轉型領導、教師工作滿意與組織公民行為變項之間皆具正向相關。(二)校長轉型領導對教師工作滿意與組織公民行為之關係假設與觀察資料之間具良好適配,檢定獲得驗證支持。(三)校長轉型領導會透過教師工作滿意此完全中介變項影響教師的組織公民行為。最後,根基於研究結論,針對實務工作及未來研究,提出各項具體建議。zh_TW
dc.description.abstract (摘要) The study aims to combine meta-analysis with structure equation modeling, two statistical methods, to analyze the relationship among principals’ transformational leadership, teachers’ job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior in Taiwan, and to assess the proper fit or not of the model. To achieve the purposes, first of all, searched and collectted 31 condition-qualified journal articles, theses, and dissertations in Taiwan. Second, obtained the correlation coefficient among observed variables with meta-analysis, and got a correlation matrix (13 x 13). Finally, verified the model with structure equation modeling. The results of the study revealed that: (a) there were all getting a positive correlation among the observed variables of principals’ transformational leadership, teachers’ job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior; (b) the assuptional model among principals’ transformational leadership, teachers’ job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior appeared well adapted to the empirical datum, and verification is verified; (c) teachers’ job satisfaction mediated the relationships between principals’ transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior. Lastly, based on the conclusion of the study, some suggestions for counseling interventions and future researches were proposed.en_US
