摘要 傳統的決策支援系統以企業及組織的管理決策者為輔助對象,透過互動式的操作介面及資料與模式的整合,支援有關半結構化及非結構化決策的制定。近年來網際網路、全球資訊網及電子商務技術與應用的快速進展,也同時影響並擴展了決策支援系統的概念及應用領域,除一方面加速了企業對企業供應鍊管理跨組織決策支援系統的建構計畫外,另一方面則帶動了消費者導向決策支援系統的發展與推廣需求,以期能有效輔助消費者完成網路商業交易流程中的相關決策,如需求確認、產品搜尋、評比選擇、條件協商、訂購支付、效益評估及爭議處理等。本研究的目的即在建立電子商務中消費者導向決策支援系統的架構及環境,包括智慧型代理人與資料庫、模式庫及知識庫等結構單元的內容、關係與流程設計,並進而探討系統在不同商業領域的應用模式及相關管理課題。
Among these decisions include need recognition, product search and discovery, evaluation and selection, terms negotiation, order placement, payment authorization, post-purchase evaluation, and dispute resolution. The goal of this research is to establish the architecture and environment of the consumer-oriented decision support systems for electronic commerce. We show the design of the contents, relationships, and processes of the intelligent agents and other structural units including databases, model bass, and knowledge bases. Application models and related managerial issues for applying the consumer-oriented decision support systems to various business domains are also discussed.
