| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 近年來，政府提倡社區總體營造的概念，同時傳統的山村社區與農村社區多數正面臨著人口外移、老化、勞動力不足、平均所得偏低等問題。居民的生計、傳統社會結構與文化的延續均面臨嚴苛的挑戰，能夠結合在地資源與文化特色的生態旅遊，遂成為社區發展的重要選項。我們如何能將人與地之間建立合諧的關係，以達成社區之永續發展。本研究將利用Google Earth軟體將社區發展生態旅遊相關的地理資料、旅遊景點資訊、特色照片等資料彙整，並利用所開發系統將彙整資料在網頁中展示，輔助社區發展生態旅遊。研究運用問卷調查、談訪及實地觀察，透過間接參與先行了解社區發展之現況，以作為建置系統基礎。與此同時，盡可能以較低成本的方式建立網站系統及空間資訊分析工具，除了方便使用外，亦可減輕成本的負擔，將有助於社區推展生態旅遊。考量社區居民學習使用的能力，以社區經過輔導及適當訓練後，透過可以熟練使用的空間資訊技術為主；融入公眾參與地理資訊系統(Public Participation Geograpfhic Information Syatems,PPGIS)的概念透過所建構之平臺，使社區居民以及遊客在網站分享旅遊資訊與提供意見溝通。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | In recent years, the government has advocated the concept of total community construction. Meanwhile, mountain villages and rural communities are mostly facing the problems of population migration, aging, labor shortage, and low average income.The livelihood, traditional social structure and cultural continuity of residents are facing severe challenges, and eco-tourism, which can be combined with local resources and cultural characteristics, has become an important option for community development. How can we establish a harmonious relationship between people and the earth in order to achieve the sustainable development of the community?In this study, Google Earth software will be used to integrate geographical information, tourist attraction information, feature photos and other data related to the development of eco-tourism in the community. A web-based application system will be developed to consolidate the data in order to help the community develop eco-tourism.The study used questionnaires, interviews and field observations to understand the current situation of community development through indirect participation as a basis for building the system. Meanwhile, we used open source software to establish the website system and spatial information analysis tools, such that it can facilitate use and reduce the burden of costs, and help the community to promote eco-tourism.Considering the ability of community residents to learn and use, it is mainly based on the type of spatial information technology that can be used by the community after consultation and appropriate training. Fused with the concept of public participation geographic information system (PPGIS), the web-based platform enables community residents and tourists to share tourist information on the website, and provide communication for opinions and suggestions. | en_US |
