摘要 科技接受模式(TAM)可用來評估、預測使用者對於新資訊科技的接受程度,但這理 論被運用在不同問題、背景和研究方法,也導致研究結果有些分歧。在國內也越來越多 人對於 TAM 的價值產生質疑。因此本研究針對國內 2002-2012 年近 10 年間發表在博士 論文、中文期刊上共 36 篇文章,40 筆資料,將原本 TAM 理論擴充至 7 個構面、14 組 關係,本研究也進一步針對「資料來源」、「問卷類型」、「受訪對象」、「樣本大小」、「採 用對象」等調節因素進行後設分析,結果發現在 14 組關係中有 6 組關係是比較穩定的, 而且本研究所探討之調節因素的確對某些關係具有調節效果。
The technology acceptance model (TAM) is one of the most wildly tested models of technology acceptance. Many TAM studies are characterized by different methodological and measurement factors, resulting in conflicting and somewhat confusing findings which vary considerably in terms of statistical significance, direction and magnitude. The paper conducted a meta analysis based on 36 selected empirical articles (inclusive of 40 researched data, 7 integrated constructs and 14 discussed relations) searched from thesis, TSSCI, and the journal in Taiwan. Furthermore, in the investigation also conducted a moderator analysis for the effort of different study characteristic of article source, survey, respondents, sample and user. The result suggest that 6 relations (PU→BI、PEU→BI、PEU→PU、PU→A、A→BI、 BI→U) are more stable in our research, and the moderator indeed affect some relations in TAM.
