摘要 本研究探討在電子學習系統環境中,如何有效衡量使用者滿意度。首先探討使用者資訊滿意度、電子學習方面的文獻,歸納出初步的「電子學習系統使用者滿意度測量構面」,其中包括「學習內容」、「學習系統展示與介面」、「學習成果衡量」「個人化輔助」、「學習社群」等五個探索性的理論構面,本研究並進一步針對這五個構面進行概念化,以作為量表發展之基礎。本研究進一步蒐集樣本資料來發展及驗證「電子學習系統使用者滿意度」量表,本研究的成果可以做為學術界發展電子學習理論以及實務界發展有效電子學習系統之參考。
The purpose of this study is to develop an instrument for measuring user satisfaction in e-learning contexts. First, we reviewed the literature regarding user information satisfaction and electronic learning, and induced five preliminary dimensions for measuring e-learning satisfaction, including learning content, presentation and user interface, learning result measurement, personal support, and learning community. Based on these dimensions, this study then collected the sample data to develop and validate an instrument for measuring user satisfaction in e-learning context. Finally, the result of this study can not only provide researchers with a generic user satisfaction measure for developing e-learning theories, but also provide practitioners with a reference framework for developing user-accepted e-learning systems.
