| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | On April 2018, the Taiwan Medical Association signed with 11 Property and Casualty Insurance Companies the “Memorandum on the Cooperation in Promoting Medical Liability Insurance” which once again incur the advocates of making the medical liability insurance compulsory. This paper will examine the appropriateness of reasons supporting compulsory liability insurance by emphasizing on the fundamental differences between compulsory compensation insurance and compulsory liability insurance. | |
