dc.description.abstract (摘要) | Traveling and sharing around the world has become a lifestyle nowadays. Consumers look for information online for places to discover and relax. However, there is too much information and too many vendors online. We often see consumers book their travel products through foreign online travel agencies and have trouble with no one could help, plus there is a foreign transaction fee charged with their credit card. These online travel agencies are not governed by the Tourism Bureau of Taiwan, even the government can do nothing. In order to have peace of mind, consumers will have to do a lot of research and book travel products through different sites because there is no consultation available.We, Cozy Travel, are here to help. We offer consultation and we are based in Taiwan. Before the trip, we are able to provide recommendations to consumers. For consumers who worry about fraud and transaction fees, we take both cash and credit card. There is also emergency assistance when there are natural disasters, we will find a way home for our customers to come home. Consumers only have to visit our website or contact us, and we will assist them to plan their trips. This is the shop for all their travel needs. | en_US |
