Climate change is a fact that human beings are currently facing and is happening. According to a large number of theories, climate affects the behavioral characteristics of people;on the other hand, marriage is the necessary social relationship for the population to replace the social stability and harmony, and the space for divorce Characteristic is an important issue of social geography. This paper takes the change of divorce rate in Taiwan (county and city) from 2011 to 2018 as the data source, and combines traditional mathematical analysis and spatial econometric analysis methods to explore its spatial dependence and spatial heterogeneity. The results show that: 1. Climate change significantly affects the performance of divorce rates in various counties and cities in Taiwan, and the increase in temperature has a positive effect on divorce; 2. The spatial distribution of divorce rates between regions from 2011 to 2018 shows a trend of high urban and rural low differentiation; 3. The difference in divorce between regions is related to the proportion of industries; 4. An increase in family income has a significant positive effect on divorce; 5. The divorce rate has a significant positive effect on spatial dependence.
