摘要 2008 年中國時報工會以五票之差未能通過罷工投票,接著宣告解散,標誌著以中高齡藍領工人領導的媒體「印刷工會」走入歷史。七年時間過去了,新一輪的媒體併購與新形態的即時新聞出現后,媒體勞動條件發生了巨大的變化,新時期、新結構的工會在人員組成、路線選擇、勞資關係上都會跟前一個時代有怎樣的不同?它們團結誰、對抗誰?做了什麼,又沒能做到什麼?本文的問題意識便發源於此,以深度訪談為研究方法,借鏡 Burawoy 勞動過程理論,對六位工會成員進行了訪談,試圖還原工作現場的權力分配情況,分析勞資衝突是如何被消除、自願性服從是如何被製造,工會在其中扮演怎樣的角色。
2008 witnessed a series of setbacks for media enterprise unions, including the noted China Times union’s dissolution, which marked the end of blue-collar media unions. As seven years passed, a new round of enterprise mergers has taken place, and a totally different type of news, naming “real time news”, has got controlled of our news market, consequently working condition has changed a lot. It urges us to take a new look at media enterprise unions: What do they consist of? Does the division between white-collar and blue-collar workers still remain? What measures have the unions adopted? Effective or not? This research started from here and employed an in-depth interview method. Based on these interview materials from six union staff, the article borrowed from Burawoy’s labor process perspective in his remarkable composition Manufacturing consent and try to reproduce the front-line working scene as well as how different hierarchies of power operate.
