| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 中樞神經系統疾病,例如脊髓損傷和腦中風,是常見造成患者失能和動作障礙的原因,而外骨骼復健機器人是神經損傷恢復最有效的治療方法之一。根據世界衛生組織的數據顯示,全世界每年有1,500萬新增中風患者和25-50萬新增脊髓損傷患者。因此,新興的外骨骼復健機器人行業具有巨大的增長潛力。外骨骼機器人是一種高科技智慧醫材,整合機械、電子、智慧控制、生物力學、與臨床醫學於一體。福寶科技作為華人第一支投入外骨骼機器人的技術研發團隊,公司的願景是為身障朋友擁有正常的社交生活做努力,研發有溫度的科技來重新鏈結這個世界。本論文藉由研究外骨骼仿生設備之產業分析與福寶新創之競爭力分析,透過有系統的梳理與分析,同時考慮 Outside-in 與 Inside-out 的完整掃描外部環境與內在組織能力,探討福寶新創之競爭策略。研究發現: 首先,福寶科技可以投入外骨骼機器人智慧關節模組研發、開發遠距(居家)復健解決方案與完善外骨骼仿生核心產品矩陣。其次,通過將機器學習與人工智慧相結合,幫助物理治療師解決行業困境,創造新的市場機會。接下來,確定客戶價值驅動因素與找出產品致勝關鍵,改善產品競爭劣勢,並創造產品差異化。最後,先以台灣作為驗證市場,再逐步推廣至有競爭優勢地區。根據作者在新事業發展多年的領導經驗,新創事業發展過程會是反覆修正策略的,透過本論文的研究,期許幫助新創公司福寶科技找到未來的競爭策略。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | Central nervous system diseases, such as spinal cord injury and stroke, are common causes of disability and movement disorders. One of the most effective treatments for nerve injury recovery involves the use of exoskeleton rehabilitation robots. According to data from the World Health Organization, there are 15 million new stroke patients and 25–50 million new spinal cord injury patients worldwide each year. Therefore, the emerging exoskeleton rehabilitation industry has substantial growth potential. A robotic exoskeleton is a high-tech intelligent medical device integrating machinery, electronics, intelligent control, biomechanics, and clinical medicine. FREE Bionics is the first Chinese R&D team to invest in exoskeleton robots. The company`s vision is to develop exoskeleton technology so that disabled individuals can have normal social lives and reconnect with the world. In this study, an industrial analysis of exoskeletons and a competitiveness analysis of FREE Bionics were conducted to develop a competitive strategy for the company. The research findings are as follows. First, FREE Bionics can invest in robot smart joint modules, develop telemedicine rehabilitation solutions, and improve the core product matrix of exoskeleton bionics. Second, machine learning, and artificial intelligence can be combined to help physiotherapists solve difficulties and create new market opportunities. Next, FREE Bionics should identify customer value drivers, address product competitive disadvantages, and create product differentiation. Finally, Taiwan should be selected as a verification market, after which the products can gradually be promoted to regions with competitive advantages. Based on the author’s leadership and experience in new business development, the strategies of new ventures will be revised repeatedly. From the research presented in this thesis, FREE Bionics will be able to develop a future competitive strategy. | en_US |
