摘要 The research aims to explore how to establish and prepare a startup company, develop, and use new Ultra-Wideband (UWB) technology integration products to sell to government agencies, and work with government agencies to develop positioning product equipment so that visually impaired people can use them indoors. And through the development of this UWB positioning technology products to expand to other industries and markets. The research on this topic provides a research reference for the early-stage startup company`s market entry plan and the analysis of operating profit before product development. Through observations and research references based on current market trends, the company can determine the business model strategy that the company should implement in the next 5 years and achieve the goal of good management and operation processes at each stage, so that the company can achieve profitable growth.
