摘要 This dissertation follows a case-study design, with the in-depth SWOT and Porter’s six force analyses of the paintball supply change in international cooperation dynamics under the impact of COVID-19 and the formulation of transformational strategies that adapt the company’s operation to fit today’s business environment for superior efficiency and long-term profitability.
The unexpected outbreak of COVID-19 disturbed the global political, social, economic, and financial structures that had a significant influence on the Fortune 1000 companies to every small and medium-sized company. Inevitably, X company, a global paintball equipment manufacturer, is confronting the stark reality that the business is in a staggering situation. The disruption of routine business operations has pointed out the vulnerable resilience of the paintball supply chain. On the verge of collapse, we required an imperative solution.
Change is the only thing constant. The uncertain future and the unpredictable relation with COVDI-19 make business transformation even crucial. By seizing the opportunity to turn the crisis into a defining moment in the fight against the global economic change, this case study aims to be the valuable guidance for multinational companies in any future black swan events.
