| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 我國藥事法的專利連結（patent-linkage）制度正式於2019年8月20日上路。其立法源自於我國欲加入《跨太平洋夥伴關係協定》（Trans-Pacific Partnership, TPP），而必須修法以符合該協議對醫藥相關專利保護之要求。由於美國退出TPP，使得我國必須另尋參加新的《跨太平洋夥伴全面進步協定》（Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership, CPTPP）。不過，以TPP為基礎的專利連結制度仍在歷經多次修法討論後完成立法。 | |
