摘要 紡織業在台灣已發展 60 餘年, 經過多年發展與投入,許多生產工藝及
創新技術都發展到極致;面對中國與東南亞競爭者在技術上趨於成熟,為了有效因應動盪的國際情勢與產業鏈走向,台灣紡織業者持續調整發展策略。大型的紡織公司紛紛出走於東南亞設廠,升級至垂直整合的生產模式:從紗、織、染到成衣製作,中小型在地紡織公司面對多重的困境,其因應之道則是開發更具附加價值的創新產品、尋找比肩齊聲的客人。顏色管理(Color management)是服飾品牌一門重要的課題,運動及戶外品牌偏好長期使用同款布種與顏色,基本款式常常沿用數季,每季的產品要維持顏色一致性就是一種挑戰。而特殊紗種屬性與後製加工都會影響到顏色的呈現,例如:相同顏色下, 打色配方、布的重量、成分與材質、組織緊密平整性與組織凹凸起伏程度,會因為光線折射的關係使顏色深淺不一。本研究目的在於瞭解台灣紡織供應商如何與品牌商攜手合作,從管理打色的流程與效率、從銷售樣的生產狀況挖掘潛在的生產問題,到維持長青產品沿用數年的顏色一致性,並分析、比較巨型品牌建立之複雜細緻的顏色管理系統,並從中協助中型品牌建立有效率、有彈性的顏色管理系統。
The textile industry has been developed for more than 60 years in Taiwan, through years of devotion and evolution, in many ways, production technic and innovation on finishing has reached its limit. China and South East Asia competitors are gradually shortening the gap between Taiwan suppliers regarding production capability and innovation strength. To cope with the turbulent international situation and industrial trend, Taiwan textile companies continuously adjusting their business strategy. Big textile companies migrate to Southeast Asia with a vertically integrated set up from yarn spinning to garment making. To react to these critical situations, medium to small size textile companies are more focused on developing more technical and value-added products and seek more right customers.
Color management is a crucial subject for apparel brands. It is very common for Sports and Outdoor brands to carry over a style with the same material and color combo for seasons, it is a challenge to keep the color consistent for every season. Special yarn and finishing will affect how we visually see the color. For example, Fabrics with the same color, same dyeing recipe same weight, density, content, and material, due to light reflection, the one with flat texture color will look lighter than the one with 3D textures. Through this research, we can perceive how Taiwan fabric suppliers work hand in hand with brands, manage lab-dip process and efficiency, finding potential problems through salesman sample production, and how to maintain color consistency of evergreen product that has been carry over for years. Analysis and evaluation of complicated and refined color management system of giant brands and design an effective and affordable color system for medium brands.
