| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 在物聯網、5G、數位轉型、大數據、雲端及AI的浪潮下,隨著全球對於能源及環保的議題,汽車產業也跟著興起一波新的革命,數百年來的汽車產業已經開始了巨大的改變,引擎不再是唯一的動力來源,電池和馬達取代了引擎和汽油,車輛的聯網化,開始導入自動駕駛等等,把車輛的使用方式及功能又導向了另外一次層次,對於傳統的汽車產業鏈而言又是新的開始,如何在這波的浪潮下找到新的出路是台灣各產業所積極追尋。個案公司是以技術導向型的車用電子產品設計公司,為台灣代理商汽車集團的關係企業,主要的核心能力是車載資通訊系統及車用電子系統整合。本研究探討個案公司雖然在種種的條件限制下如何借由原本的核心能力轉換開發新產品,並且借由介入新市場而轉換公司的經營模式,並探討公司的核心競爭力的改變及如何轉化由產品的販售改為消費者需求導向,以因應未來更加艱劇市場競爭。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | Under the wave of the Internet of Things(IOT), 5G, Digital Transformation, Big data, Cloud service and Artificial Intelligence (AI), with the global energy and environmental issues, the automotive industry has also undergone a new revolution. The automotive industry has begun for hundreds of years. Great changes. The engine is no longer the only source of power. Batteries and motors have replaced engines and gasoline. The networking of vehicles and the introduction of automatic driving have taken the way and functions of vehicles to another level. It is a new beginning for the automobile industry chain in Taiwan. How to find a new way out under this wave is actively pursued by various industries in Taiwan.The case company is a technology-oriented automotive electronic product design company. It is an affiliated company of the automotive group. The main core competence is the integration of in-vehicle communication systems and automotive electronic systems. This research explores how the case company can transform and develop new products through the original core competence under various conditions and transform the company’s business model by intervening in new markets. It also explores how the company’s core competitiveness can be transformed from product development. Sales have been changed to consumer demand orientation to cope with more difficult market competition in the future. | en_US |
