題名 基於出版視角的大學圖書館與大學出版社異同分析

摘要 出版是學術傳播中的關鍵一環，是人類文明得以進步的重要原因之一。大學出版社更是傳播學術新知與弘揚學術道德的重要組織機構。而大學圖書館作為典藏人類文明的存在，也與大學出版社存有上下游的密切關係。事實上，二者都在不同程度上直接或間接參與過出版活動。
本研究首先透過文獻的蒐集與分析，瞭解大陸、臺灣這兩個地區以及美國的大學圖書館與大學出版社之出版狀況。其次，本研究利用對文獻與網站的調查，對大陸地區的四所大學圖書館與大學出版社的現狀進行研究。最後，本研究以半標準化訪談的形式調查臺灣地區的兩所大學圖書館與大學出版社的現狀。
本研究結論包括：（一）大學圖書館與大學出版社的出版活動均為順應時勢的發展；（二）大學圖書館與大學出版社的出版活動基本上都經過同儕評審；（三）大學圖書館與大學出版社的出版活動均是為了促進知識的傳播；（四）大學圖書館與大學出版社的出版活動都注重開展行銷工作；（五）大學圖書館與大學出版社之間的合作都比較少，不夠緊密；（六）大學圖書館的出版活動較為初階，而大學出版社的發展已相對成熟；（七）大學圖書館與大學出版社各自的出版活動側重點有所不同；（八）隸屬於大學圖書館的大學出版社自身力量相對薄弱。
本研究分別針對大學圖書館與大學出版社提出以下建議。在大學圖書館的部份：（一）開展並實施灰色文獻的加值利用與非正式出版物的呈繳制度；（二）實行按需出版；（三）發展文創商品；（四）加強大學圖書館的出版行銷力度；（五）加強學科館員的服務。在大學出版社的部份：（一）在保持原有品牌系列的基礎上擴寬出版品的廣度與深度；（二）拓寬行銷通路，加大行銷力度；（三）完善人才培養制度；（四）OA出版。
As an important role in the scholarly communication, publishing is the factor for human progress. And university press is the agency which can spread knowledge and the code of academic ethics. University library can preserve human civilization, it also has a close connection with university press. In fact, they both have directly or indirectly participated in publishing activity to some degrees.

Bases on the collection and analysis of paper related to this subject, this paper figures out the current situations about university library and university press in China mainland, Taiwan and America. Besides, this paper figures out the current situations about university library and university press in China mainland by archival analysis and websites researching. At last, this paper figures out the current situations about university library and university press in China Taiwan by interviewing.

The conclusions of this paper include: (1) Their publishing activities aims to keep up with current situations; (2) Their publishing activities basically have peer review; (3) They all emphasize the marketing; (4) They don’t work with each other tightly; (5) The cooperation between university library and university press is rare; (6) University press is mature, while the university library is still developing; (7) They emphasize on different things; (8) University press which is in university library is weak.

This paper proposes the following suggestions for university library and university press respectively. In the part of university library: (1) Using gray literature and building legal deposit system; (2) Publish on demand; (3) Developing creative industry; (4) Strengthening the marketing; (5) Strengthening the services of subject librarians. In the part of university press: (1) Broaden the breadth and depth of the publication; (2) Broaden the marketing channels; (3) Improve the talents education; (4) Open Access publish.

dc.description.abstract (摘要) 出版是學術傳播中的關鍵一環，是人類文明得以進步的重要原因之一。大學出版社更是傳播學術新知與弘揚學術道德的重要組織機構。而大學圖書館作為典藏人類文明的存在，也與大學出版社存有上下游的密切關係。事實上，二者都在不同程度上直接或間接參與過出版活動。
本研究首先透過文獻的蒐集與分析，瞭解大陸、臺灣這兩個地區以及美國的大學圖書館與大學出版社之出版狀況。其次，本研究利用對文獻與網站的調查，對大陸地區的四所大學圖書館與大學出版社的現狀進行研究。最後，本研究以半標準化訪談的形式調查臺灣地區的兩所大學圖書館與大學出版社的現狀。
本研究結論包括：（一）大學圖書館與大學出版社的出版活動均為順應時勢的發展；（二）大學圖書館與大學出版社的出版活動基本上都經過同儕評審；（三）大學圖書館與大學出版社的出版活動均是為了促進知識的傳播；（四）大學圖書館與大學出版社的出版活動都注重開展行銷工作；（五）大學圖書館與大學出版社之間的合作都比較少，不夠緊密；（六）大學圖書館的出版活動較為初階，而大學出版社的發展已相對成熟；（七）大學圖書館與大學出版社各自的出版活動側重點有所不同；（八）隸屬於大學圖書館的大學出版社自身力量相對薄弱。
本研究分別針對大學圖書館與大學出版社提出以下建議。在大學圖書館的部份：（一）開展並實施灰色文獻的加值利用與非正式出版物的呈繳制度；（二）實行按需出版；（三）發展文創商品；（四）加強大學圖書館的出版行銷力度；（五）加強學科館員的服務。在大學出版社的部份：（一）在保持原有品牌系列的基礎上擴寬出版品的廣度與深度；（二）拓寬行銷通路，加大行銷力度；（三）完善人才培養制度；（四）OA出版。		zh_TW
dc.description.abstract (摘要) As an important role in the scholarly communication, publishing is the factor for human progress. And university press is the agency which can spread knowledge and the code of academic ethics. University library can preserve human civilization, it also has a close connection with university press. In fact, they both have directly or indirectly participated in publishing activity to some degrees.

Bases on the collection and analysis of paper related to this subject, this paper figures out the current situations about university library and university press in China mainland, Taiwan and America. Besides, this paper figures out the current situations about university library and university press in China mainland by archival analysis and websites researching. At last, this paper figures out the current situations about university library and university press in China Taiwan by interviewing.

The conclusions of this paper include: (1) Their publishing activities aims to keep up with current situations; (2) Their publishing activities basically have peer review; (3) They all emphasize the marketing; (4) They don’t work with each other tightly; (5) The cooperation between university library and university press is rare; (6) University press is mature, while the university library is still developing; (7) They emphasize on different things; (8) University press which is in university library is weak.

This paper proposes the following suggestions for university library and university press respectively. In the part of university library: (1) Using gray literature and building legal deposit system; (2) Publish on demand; (3) Developing creative industry; (4) Strengthening the marketing; (5) Strengthening the services of subject librarians. In the part of university press: (1) Broaden the breadth and depth of the publication; (2) Broaden the marketing channels; (3) Improve the talents education; (4) Open Access publish.		en_US
