摘要 智慧財產對於企業的重要性與日俱增，隨著智慧財產價值不斷的提高，智慧財產管理對企業的重要性不言而喻，可惜如今對於智慧財產管理的討論與關注度仍趕不上其與日俱增的重要性，針對智慧財產做為募資項目的探討更是少之又少。在區塊鏈已造成熱潮的如今，區塊鏈在募資上的應用，對傳統募資方式帶來破壞式創新，可能帶給智慧財產募資新的機會，智慧財產得以透過區塊鏈的技術更輕鬆簡單地證券化後，再以區塊鏈代幣的方式發行，除了能夠讓交易更輕鬆簡單跨越國界的藩籬之外，更是大幅降低了成本。
在區塊鏈技術運用在募資上有如此大改變的背景下，本文欲了解與探討區塊鏈技術對於以智慧財產權相關商業模式做為營業項目的公司與企業募資帶來的影響與改變為何，並以一實際營運之公司－CFun為例，了解區塊鏈應用於智慧財產權募資之實際情形進行觀察與研究，並藉此觀察與研究，嘗試提出可供其他以智慧財產權相關商業模式做為營業項目的公司與企業，欲利用區塊鏈做為募資方式時實際可採用之具體建議。
