摘要 本研究就國內、外文獻進行探討與分析,說明創業教育意涵,依據世界先進國家及台灣推動創業教育的情形,初擬高等教育創業教育構面與指標,邀請創業教育相關學者專家、政府官員、企業代表進行適切性評估,再依據模糊德懷術整合專家意見,建構高等教育創業教育指標。此外,運用重要表現程度分析法探究獲U-start創新創業計畫補助而持續營運的261家企業對高等教育創業教育指標之重要性及表現程度的認知情形。
This study aims to construct the indicators of entrepreneurship education in higher education and to explore such applications. First, the meaning of entrepreneurship education is explained through the exploration and analysis of domestic and international literature. The aspects and indicators of entrepreneurship education in higher education was initially drafted and suitability assessment was conducted by entrepreneurship education-related scholars, experts, government authorities, and business representatives. The indicators of entrepreneurship education in higher education were constructed based on the experts’ opinions that were integrated via the fuzzy Delphi method. Then, the importance-performance analysis (IPA) was used to explore the importance and performance level of the indicators of entrepreneurship education in higher education for the 261 enterprises that received the subsidies from U-start Plan for Innovation and Entrepreneurship and that are still operating.
