| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | With the example of Chinese Taipei Rugby Football Union, the aim of this study is introducing how ＂specific sports group＂ (specific sports association) works under the regulations of Civil Associations Act and National Sports Act after the amendment of National Sports Act. Through the explanation, this study looks forward to allowing people to comprehensively understand how these specific sports groups work and providing suggestion to the drawbacks of the regulations. Ultimately, the improvement of the current situation in sports can be expected. | - |
