dc.description.abstract (摘要) | In rugby, all positions possess various characteristics for players to fit in. It is rarely seen that a skinny guy taking the responsibility of the first row. Each position is very different based on the demand of the position. From energy system to movement pattern, there is a huge difference among positions and players. Therefore, a tailored and customised strength and conditioning program based on the positional demands should be individually provided to the player. With the data recording prior to commence of the program, the justification will be provided for supporting the choices of different tests. Moreover, the periodisation plan and more detail will also be provided for explaining the design of this program. | |
dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 「聯盟式橄欖球不僅是單純的團體競技,還是凝聚社群與增進健康福祉的一項運動。」(World Rugby, 2014)橄欖球除了需要優異的身體條件素質,紀律和團隊合作更是不可或缺的條件。目前世界上的橄欖球運動,大致可分作以下幾類項目:帶式橄欖球,觸式橄欖球,七人制橄欖球,十五人制橄欖球等。此次將以十五人制橄欖球作為探討主題,以一獨立球員作為個案,依國外球季安排為參考範本,針對其專長位置及弱點條件討論其訓練計畫的安排和設計。 | |
