| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | COVID-19大流行的爆發給世界各地的人們帶來了巨大的挑戰。為了減少感染的機會,許多公司被迫進行遠端工作。本研究的動機在於調查在家工作期間給主管和領導者帶來的挑戰。主管如何管理他們的遠程團隊成員以及他們如何管理遠程員工的績效?對於大多數經理和員工來言,這是第一次完全以遠程方式工作,如何在困難時期調整自己以平衡工作與生活並保持身體健康,將會是一個有趣的議題。通過採訪台灣高科技行業的5位主管,我們能夠收集到遠程管理的不同面向,並能夠識別和分析他們所面臨的領導力挑戰。最後,有鑒於許多人認為遠程工作將成為後疫時代的新常態,這項研究為組織和領導者提供了可能的解決方案和最佳實踐。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | The COVID-19 pandemic brought great challenges to people all over the world.In order to reduce the probabilities of infection, many companies were forced to practice remoteworking. The purpose of this study is to investigate the challenges experienced by organizational managers and leaders during the work-from-home period. The study answers the question: How do managers manage their remote team members and how do they manage employee performance when working remotely? Since it was the first time most of the managers and employees experienced completely remote work practices, it is interesting to know how they adjusted to the difficult time to ensure work-life balance and stay in good health at the same time. By interviewing 5 managers from the Taiwan high technology industry, we were able to collect different perspectives on remote management, and to identify and analyze the leadership challenges that were faced. Finally, this study provided possible solutions and best practices for organizations and managers, as many people view remote working as the new norm in the post-pandemic era. | en_US |
