| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 近年金融服務普及,台灣的銀行分行數已接近便利商店數量,在本國銀行的分行家數高達3380家(統計至2022-04)。隨著金融科技的創新,除實體分行的服務深度,更加強數位金融完整性。傳統商業銀行的服務內容似已僵化,科技業因此想涉足金融業。近期熱門的新興技術快速發展,也得到許多關注。金融科技不斷衝擊著傳統商銀。雖然對許多傳統的大型銀行是個隱憂,也提供能快速因應,整合金融科技服務的的機會。 因受疫情影響及行動銀行功能的普及,到實體分行的消費者已相較過往大幅減少,絕大部分日常交易都可經由第一次到實體分行的認證及設定,可不用再親臨分行。隨著科技越發進步使用民眾年齡逐漸降低,來行辦理金融服務的客戶會越來越少,在營收未大幅增加之下,分行經營的固定成本比重就越來越大。本研究以傳統商業銀行及數位銀行為研究對象,分析已發展數年的新興數位銀行做金融科技的研究背景,研究如何運用金融科技強化傳統銀行的服務,也針對實體分行功能性提出分析建議。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | In recent years, financial services have become popular, and the number of bank branches in Taiwan has approached that of convenience stores. With the innovation of financial technology, in addition to bringing the service depth of physical branches, it also strengthens the integrity of digital finance. The service content of traditional commercial banks seems to have become rigid, making many technology players want to profit in the financial industry. The recent rapid development of popular emerging technologies has also received a lot of attention. At present, due to the impact of the epidemic and the popularization of mobile banking functions around the world, the number of people visiting brick-and-mortar branches has dropped significantly compared with the past. This is a benefit brought by modern technology. It is believed that there will be fewer and fewer customers coming to the bank for financial services. Without a substantial increase in revenue, the proportion of fixed costs in branch operations is increasing. This research selects traditional commercial banks and digital banks as the research objects, and also uses the emerging digital banks that have been developing for several years to do the research background and observe the development status of fintech. It also provides analysis and suggestions for the functionality of physical branches. | en_US |
