Research front日期 2022 上傳時間 2-九月-2022 15:35:10 (UTC+8) 摘要 本研究旨在應用文獻計量學方法,探討高等教育品質保證相關研究之知識基礎與研究前沿,進行可視化分析。本研究使用Scopus引文索引資料庫查找文獻,取得1570筆研究資料以進行引文分析、文獻共被引分析、共現詞分析、書目耦合分析與突現詞檢測,並以CiteSpace、VOSviewer與Biblioshiny軟體進行可視化。 研究結果顯示,高等教育品質保證領域知識基礎為:(一)重要國家:英國、澳洲、美國。(二)重要作者:Bjørn Stensaker、Maria João Rosa、Mahsood Shah、Don F. Westerheijden、Angela Yung-Chi Hou(侯永琪)。(三)核心期刊:Quality in Higher Education、Quality Assurance in Education、Higher Education、Assessment and Evaluation in Higher Education、Tertiary Education and Management、Higher Education Policy、Studies in Higher Education、European Journal of Higher Education。(四)研究焦點:品質的概念、品質保證方法的討論、利害關係人的觀點。(五)重要關鍵字:品質保證、高等教育、教育、品質、認可制、品質管制、學生、大學、波隆納進程、標準。高等教育品質保證領域研究前沿為:(一)批判角度思考現行品質保證制度。(二)重視多元觀點。(三)發掘不足以改進品質保證制度。(四)新興議題:品質文化、高等教育機構、內部品質保證、挑戰。最後,依據研究結論,針對高等教育品質保證實務運作及未來研究,提出各項具體建議。
The study aims to examine the knowledge base and research front of quality assurance in higher education research by using bibliometric methods and visualization analysis. Bibliometric data were retrieved from Scopus databases and consisted of 1570 documents. The data were used for citation analysis, document co-citation analysis, co-word analysis, bibliographical coupling, and burst term detection, and CiteSpace, VOSviewer, and Biblioshiny softwares were employed for visualization. The results of this bibliometric analysis show that the knowledge base of quality assurance in higher education research is comprised of: (1) important countries: United Kingdom, Australia, United States of America; (2) influential researchers: Bjørn Stensaker, Maria João Rosa, Mahsood Shah, Don F. Westerheijden, Angela Yung-Chi Hou; (3) core sources: Quality in Higher Education, Quality Assurance in Education, Higher Education, Assessment and Evaluation in Higher Education, Tertiary Education and Management, Higher Education Policy, Studies in Higher Education, European Journal of Higher Education; (4) topical foci: concept of quality, quality assurance approaches, stakeholders’ viewpoints; (5) top 10 keywords: quality assurance, higher education, education, quality, accreditation, quality control, student, university, bologna process, standard. The research front of quality assurance in higher education comprises emerging issues such as: (1) reviewing current quality assurance system with critical awareness; (2) considering stakeholders’ viewpoints; (3) identifying obstacles to improve quality assurance system; (4) burst terms: quality culture, higher education institution, internal quality assurance, challenge. The data were used for citation analysis, document co-citation analysis, co-word analysis, bibliographical coupling, and burst term detection, and CiteSpace, VOSviewer, and Biblioshiny softwares were employed for visualization. The results of this bibliometric analysis show that the knowledge base of quality assurance in higher education research is comprised of: (1) important countries: United Kingdom, Australia, United States of America; (2) influential researchers: Bjørn Stensaker, Maria João Rosa, Mahsood Shah, Don F. Westerheijden, Angela Yung-Chi Hou; (3) core sources: Quality in Higher Education, Quality Assurance in Education, Higher Education, Assessment and Evaluation in Higher Education, Tertiary Education and Management, Higher Education Policy, Studies in Higher Education, European Journal of Higher Education; (4) topical foci: concept of quality, quality assurance approaches, stakeholders’ viewpoints; (5) top 10 keywords: quality assurance, higher education, education, quality, accreditation, quality control, student, university, bologna process, standard. The research front of quality assurance in higher education comprises emerging issues such as: (1) reviewing current quality assurance system with critical awareness; (2) considering stakeholders’ viewpoints; (3) identifying obstacles to improve quality assurance system; (4) burst terms: quality culture, higher education institution, internal quality assurance, challenge.
