dc.description.abstract (摘要) | This study aims to look into the relationship among principals’ distributed leadership, professional learning community and teaching efficacy in the elementary school context. Valid survey data was collected from 681 teachers from elementary school in Pingtung County. Structural equation modeling was conducted to validate the proposed relational model. Result suggests that principals’ distributed leadership, professional learning community and teaching efficacy are perceived as above satisfactory by teacher participants. Moreover, professional learning community fully mediates the relationship between principals’ distributed leadership and teachers’ teaching efficacy. Based on the findings, suggestions are provided for school leaders and future studies.
