Summary	本研究收集國科會有關此波教育改革成果評估之專題研究作敘述性綜合分析。當前台灣教育改革有四個特色:(a)由國家元首發起並支持，(b)教育由菁英主義轉向民粹主義，(c)分權化，(d)多元主義。對教育成果之評估聚焦於:(a)分權化對學校本位管理，校園民主，教師會組織，及家長參與之衝擊，(b)多元主義對師資培育，入學考試，學業評量，多元文化教育，及特殊教育之影響，(c)教育政策之改變對私立高等教育與技職教育經費補助，九年一貫課程，及教育指標建立的效果。在本研究中只有達統計顯著之結果才列入分析。
